Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your email address, name if provided, username or nickname, and account ID when you sign up or use account-based features.

We may also collect user-generated content you choose to provide, such as profile photos, bio, predictions, comments, saved content, and competition-related content.

We collect usage and analytics data, device identifiers, crash reports, and push notification tokens to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the app. If you subscribe, purchase and entitlement information is processed through Apple and RevenueCat to manage your subscription. Free-tier users may see ads; advertising partners may process advertising identifiers or related ad data depending on your device settings and consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the app, authenticate your account, manage profiles and user content, send push notifications, process subscriptions, provide analytics, fix bugs, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and display ads to free-tier users.

We do not sell your personal data for money.

Advertising

Statda may display third-party ads to free-tier users. Our advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, product interaction data, and advertising data to show and measure ads, subject to your device settings and applicable consent choices.

Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may use a push notification token to send match alerts, app updates, social notifications, and other app-related messages. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings or in-app notification preferences.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, entitlements, renewals, and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings - Account - Delete Account. We will delete or de-identify personal data we control, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational retention requirements. Some subscription or transaction records may remain with Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers according to their own policies. You may also request deletion by emailing info@statda.com.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Clerk for authentication, Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and push notifications, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX for advertising. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Children

Statda is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Disclaimer

Statda does not offer real-money betting, wagering, gambling, deposits, or withdrawals. Subscription purchases are only for app access and are processed through the App Store. All odds, predictions, and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
